Job Description:

• Supervise and manage fiber installation and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. 
•  Monitor fiber splicing quality, network integrity, and overall route performance. 
•  Assign, track, and manage daily field activities and ensure timely task completion. 
•  Coordinate with NOC and ONM teams for quick and effective outage resolution. 
•  Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and operational procedures in all activities. 
•  Prepare and maintain reports on installation progress, faults, and network performance. 
•  Conduct regular audits of fiber routes and maintain accurate maintenance records. 

Specification:

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle field teams. 
•  In-depth knowledge of fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting techniques. 
•  Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
•  Good communication, reporting, and inter-department coordination skills. 
•  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field. 
•  3/4 years of relevant experience in Fiber Technician, fiber operations, installation, or maintenance.
• Preferred experience in ISP (WiFi), telecommunication, or related companies.
