Job Description:

•  Install and terminate fiber optic cables at customer premises and network nodes.
•   Perform fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic connections.
•  Identify, diagnose, and resolve fiber network faults efficiently.
•  Conduct testing using appropriate fiber testing tools and equipment.
•   Maintain accurate records of installation work, maintenance activities, and materials used.
•  Support field teams and supervisors during network expansion and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure proper handling of fiber cables and equipment to maintain network quality.
•  Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices during field work. 

Specification:

• Proficiency in fiber splicing, testing, and fault identification.
•  Basic understanding of network topologies and fiber distribution systems.
•  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
•  Good communication and coordination abilities.
