Enterprises Support Engineer
Job Description:
  • Provide technical support to enterprise clients for internet, networking, and related services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution and service improvement.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise network solutions.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and client communications accurately.
  • Stay updated on networking technologies and Vianet products/services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in network support, enterprise IT support, or related technical roles.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches), troubleshooting, client management, and communication skills.
  • Other: Problem-solving mindset, customer-focused, and ability to work under pressure.
