 Enterprise Support Engineer-Dhobighat, Lalitpue
Job Description:
  •  Provide L2/L3 technical support to enterprise and corporate clients
  •  Monitor network performance and proactively identify service issues
  •  Handle escalations for connectivity, routing, switching, and fiber links
  •  Coordinate with NOC, field teams, and engineers for issue resolution
  •  Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls
  •  Conduct on-site visits for activation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain incident logs, service reports, and technical documentation
  •  Support enterprise project implementation and service rollouts
  •  Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of client issues
  •  Communicate updates and ensure client satisfaction
Specification:
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or Networking
  •  2–3 years experience in enterprise/network support role
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and fiber networks
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei, Juniper devices • CCNA/CCNP certification preferred (not mandatory)
  •  Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA targets
