Job Description:
Assist enterprise clients by responding to service inquiries and support requests.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain records of customer requests, complaints, and service activities in the system.
Monitor service performance and report any issues affecting enterprise clients.
Support the enterprise team in managing daily operational tasks and client communications.
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and services are running smoothly.
Prepare reports related to client support activities and service status.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Maintain professional communication with enterprise customers and internal teams.
Assist in improving customer satisfaction by providing efficient and timely support.
Specification:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, or technical support.
Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in customer support, enterprise support, or IT support is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and technical understanding may also apply.
