Job Description:

• Provide on-site technical support to enterprise clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (routers, switches, fiber connections).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor client systems and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year IT support or networking experience.
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); CCNA preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
