Documentation Officer- Sankhamul, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  •    Coordinate day-to-day project activities as per the approved work plan.
  •  Ensure timely execution of all project activities as outlined and defined in the business plan and implementation plan related to product enhancement, system upgrades, and feature development, certification process.
  •  Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as required.
  •  Act as the primary focal point between technical teams, management, clients and partner organization.
  •   Ensure adherence to agreed delivery schedules, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
  •    Support management in planning and executing national and international expansion initiatives.
  •      Contribute to discussions on product positioning, client onboarding processes, and scaling of implementation operations.
  •       Assist in aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives and growth plans, when required through collaboration with the CTO & technical team.
  •       Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies where required.
  •      Maintain regular communication with company leadership and the partner team on progress, challenges, and next steps.
  •     Collect, compile, and maintain project data and documentation and ensure proper filing of project-related documents and records.
  •      Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, implementation updates, and risk assessments to partners when required and as requested for.
  •      Facilitate internal review meetings and project governance processes.
  •      Support coordination related to partnerships, new client engagements, and operational scaling where required.
Specification:
  •   Bachelor’s degree in business information technology (BIT), Bachelor of Science in  Computer Science & Information Technology (BSc CSIT), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Information Management (BIM), Bachelor of Computer Information Systems (BCIS) or any related field.
  • Minimum two years of demonstrated work experience in the field.
  • Strong understanding of product development life cycle and a sound understanding of technology-driven business model.
  •  Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving skills.
  •   Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
  •       Fluency in both English and Nepali written and verbal communication is mandatory.
  •   Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail.
