Learning by doing: Interns are provided with several weeks of training followed by exposure to the organization's processes, tasks and systems to enable practical learning.
Providing support for software applications: The intern will troubleshoot issues, answer user questions, and work with the senior team to resolve problems.
Documentation: An application support intern will create and maintain documentation for software applications, including user manuals, technical guides, and FAQs.
Training: An application support intern may need to provide training to end users on how to use software applications.
Testing new software releases: An application support intern may be responsible for testing new software releases to ensure that they function correctly and meet the needs of the end users.
Specification:
Bachelor's in Management field or IT field will be plus point
Good Communication skills.
Willing to learn a complex software product and provide support to the clients
Familiar with or willing to get into the technology domain
Open to learning the labor act and other preceding laws of Nepal
The candidate will have a huge plus point by gaining knowledge of the HR system.
A positive mindset is a must to adjust to the work environment and with co-workers.
Needs to learn and develop reporting skills to report to the respective team lead and supervisor.
