Job Description:
  • Learning by doing: Interns are provided with several weeks of training followed by exposure to the organization's processes, tasks and systems to enable practical learning.
  •  Providing support for software applications: The intern will troubleshoot issues, answer user questions, and work with the senior team to resolve problems.
  • Documentation: An application support intern will create and maintain documentation for software applications, including user manuals, technical guides, and FAQs.
  • Training: An application support intern may need to provide training to end users on how to use software applications.
  • Testing new software releases: An application support intern may be responsible for testing new software releases to ensure that they function correctly and meet the needs of the end users.
Specification:
  •  Bachelor's in Management  field or IT field will be plus point
  •  Good Communication skills.
  •  Willing to learn a complex software product and provide support to the clients
  •  Familiar with or willing to get into the technology domain
  •  Open to learning the labor act and other preceding laws of Nepal
  •  The candidate will have a huge plus point by gaining knowledge of the HR system.
  •  A positive mindset is a must to adjust to the work environment and with co-workers.
  •  Needs to learn and develop reporting skills to report to the respective team lead and supervisor.
