Job Description:

• Analyze business and financial performance across multiple functions and business units.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key profitability drivers.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario/sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, investment cases, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Evaluate the financial and commercial viability of new products, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Prepare management dashboards, performance reports, and variance analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights and decision support to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to support business planning and process improvements.
• Ensure financial analysis follows sound accounting principles and supports NFRS/IFRS requirements.

Specification:

• CA, ACCA, or MBA.
• Minimum 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance, and financial drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, Pivot Tables, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, or similar.
• Strong communication, reporting, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.
