Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Helper is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques (boiling, frying, baking, roasting, etc.).
• Ability to prepare regular meals for small or medium groups.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of regular dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian as required).
• Follow standard recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
• Manage ingredients, inventory, and assist in grocery planning.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and manage leftovers responsibly.
• Help in cleaning utensils, equipment, and the cooking area after use.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain punctuality and discipline during working hours.
