Job Description:
  • Prepare, cook, and present food items as per the menu and standard recipes 
  •  Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion size of all dishes 
  •  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards 
  •  Assist in food preparation activities such as chopping, marinating, and ingredient setup 
  •  Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure availability of ingredients 
  •  Properly store food items and handle kitchen equipment safely 
  •  Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control measures 
  •  Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations 
  •  Follow instructions from senior chefs or kitchen supervisors 
  •  Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at all times 
Specification:
  • Basic level of education required 
  •  Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred) 
  •  Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations 
  •  Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently 
  •  Strong teamwork and communication skills 
  •  Physically fit and able to stand for long hours 
  •  Hardworking, dedicated, and responsible attitude 
  •  Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
