· Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical protocols and SOPs.
· Oversee medical operations across all branches, ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical quality.
· Review and manage complex medical cases related to obesity, metabolic disorders, and lifestyle diseases.
· Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance standards.
· Evaluate and introduce evidence-based, non-invasive wellness and aesthetic treatment technologies.
· Lead research and development initiatives to improve clinical services and treatment outcomes.
· Supervise, mentor, and develop doctors, therapists, diet consultants, and clinical staff.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen teleconsultation services and EMR implementation.
· Monitor clinical performance, conduct audits, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
· Provide medical guidance for new service development and organizational clinical strategies.
· Support patient education, preventive healthcare initiatives, and lifestyle medicine programs.
· Work closely with senior leadership to achieve the organization's long-term clinical and operational goals.
· MBBS with MD in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution.
· Valid Nepal Medical Council (NMC) registration.
· Minimum 5 years of post-MD clinical experience.
· Strong expertise in obesity management, metabolic health, and lifestyle-related diseases.
· Experience developing clinical protocols, SOPs, and quality assurance systems.
· Knowledge of preventive, lifestyle, and evidence-based medicine.
· Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams and mentoring healthcare professionals.
· Familiarity with telemedicine platforms, EMR systems, and digital healthcare solutions.
· Exposure to non-invasive wellness or aesthetic medicine is highly preferred.
· Fellowship or certification in Obesity Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, or Metabolic Health is an advantage.
· Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
