Job Description:

• Lead business growth and operational stability of Blackbox Records Management.
•  Drive new client acquisition and develop strong institutional pipelines.
•  Close high-value enterprise deals and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
•  Expand business across banks, insurance, manufacturing, NGOs, and government sectors.
•  Lead partnerships, branches, and inorganic growth initiatives.
•  Own proposals, negotiations, and deal structuring.
•  Oversee daily operations and ensure service delivery quality.
•  Ensure client retention, compliance, and operational efficiency.
•  Manage team performance across sales and operations functions.
•  Track financial performance and report to management/board.

Specification:

•  7+ years of professional experience.
•  5+ years in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales Leadership.
•  Proven experience in closing institutional clients in Nepal.
•  Experience handling senior-level (CEO/MD/Board) sales cycles.
•  Background in B2B services, logistics, financial services, or outsourcing industries.
•  Experience managing teams of 5–15 members.
•  Strong understanding of Nepal’s banking and institutional ecosystem.
•  Strong negotiation, leadership, and business development skills.
