Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outsourcing and IT services sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored outsourcing solutions.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to revenue growth.
• Attend client meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote company services and brand.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and client feedback.

Specification:

• 1–3 years in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in outsourcing, IT services, or BPO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of outsourcing services, market dynamics, and business trends.
• Results-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
