Job Description:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and referral networks.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, partners, and prospective clients. 
  •  Conduct seminars, presentations, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and student engagement. 
  •  Generate quality leads and convert prospects into student enrollments. 
  •  Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. 
  •  Coordinate with counseling and admissions teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding process. 
  •  Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and business activities in the CRM system. 
  •  Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities. 
  •  Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and business development activities. 
  •  Represent the company at educational fairs, networking events, exhibitions, and other promotional programs. 
  •  Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and admission journey.
Specification:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 
  •  Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or the education/EdTech sector. 
  •  Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply. 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
