Job Description:

• Assist in lead generation and client follow-ups
• Conduct basic market and client research
• Support the team in preparing proposals and presentations
• Maintain and update client/lead records
• Help coordinate meetings and daily BD tasks

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor’s degree running or recently completed (Management/IT preferred)
• Strong communication skills with basic understanding of HRIS Software
• Proficient in MS Office and able to research, analyze, and learn quickly
