Job Description:

• Execute branding and promotional activities in assigned markets. 
•  Coordinate hoarding boards, wall paintings, dealer branding, and retail visibility. 
•  Organize dealer meets, mason meets, contractor interaction programs, and promotional events. 
•  Coordinate with advertising agencies, media houses, printers, and branding vendors. 
•  Support digital marketing and social media campaigns. 
•  Conduct market visits and monitor competitor branding activities. 
•  Prepare regular reports on branding activities and market feedback. 
•  Ensure timely execution and maintenance of branding materials. 
•  Travel across Nepal for branding and market activation activities.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
•  MBA/Master’s degree will be an added advantage. 
•  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or sales promotion. 
•  Experience in cement, paints, steel, or construction-related industries preferred. 
•  Strong communication and coordination skills. 
•  Good understanding of branding and market activation activities. 
•  Ability to handle vendors, agencies, and promotional partners. 
•  Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. 
•  Good reporting and documentation skills. 
•  Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently across Nepal.
