Job Description:

• Welcome customers and deliver a friendly, professional shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs, skin type, preferences, and beauty goals.
• Recommend suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty products.
• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques.
• Promote new products, offers, and loyalty programs.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and cross-selling.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain product displays, testers, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Stay updated with beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and store compliance standards.

Specification:

• Higher Secondary (+2) or relevant certification in Beauty, Cosmetology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, beauty consulting, or customer service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales and persuasion abilities.
• Good understanding of beauty trends and product application.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
