Job Description:

•  Analyze business performance across multiple entities and functions.
•  Track, monitor, and interpret financial and operational KPIs.
•  Prepare financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
•  Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.
•  Support business planning, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
•  Develop dashboards, reports, and variance analysis for leadership.
•  Provide data-driven insights for strategic and operational decisions.
•  Support cross-functional teams in finance, operations, and management.
•  Ensure accuracy of financial data and support reconciliations.
•  Maintain reporting structures aligned with accounting and compliance standards.

Specification:

•  CA / ACCA / MBA qualification required.
•  5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, FP&A, or Consulting.
•  Strong knowledge of financial statements and business performance drivers.
•  Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
•  Proficiency in KPI tracking, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Good understanding of NFRS/IFRS and accounting principles.
•  Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
