Job Description:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and cash books. 
•  Handle daily accounting operations such as billing, invoicing, and recording of transactions. 
•  Manage patient billing, insurance claims, and payment collections efficiently. 
•  Monitor clinic expenses and ensure proper cost control measures are in place. 
•  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. 
•  Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and accounts receivable/payable. 
•  Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax filings, and financial policies. 
•  Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and other financial obligations. 
•  Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions for audit purposes. 
•  Coordinate with management and external auditors when required. 
•  Support administrative and operational teams with financial data and reporting. 
•  Identify areas for financial improvement and suggest cost-saving measures.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BBS/BBA preferred). 
•  1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting (experience in clinic/hospital is an advantage). 
•  Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. 
•  Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software. 
•  Knowledge of billing systems, VAT, and tax regulations. 
•  Ability to handle cash, bank transactions, and reconciliations accurately. 
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
•  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. 
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
•  High level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality. 
•  Valid bike license preferred for banking and official visits.
