Job Description:

•  Manage day-to-day accounting activities of the company. 
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments. 
•  Prepare, verify and maintain VAT bills and invoices. 
•  Maintain cash and bank records and monitor daily cash flow. 
•  Manage accounts receivable and payable. 
• Perform daily accounting entries and maintain supporting documents.
•  Reconcile cash, bank and ledger balances. 
•  Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports for management. 
•  Assist with VAT, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
•   Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding outstanding payments.
•   Monitor credit sales and follow up on receivables. 
• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers and financial documents.
•   Assist management in budgeting, expense monitoring and financial decision-making. 
•  Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated and properly maintained. 

Specification:

•  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field. 
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience. 
• Practical knowledge of VAT and VAT billing is mandatory. 
•  Knowledge of TDS and basic Nepalese tax/accounting practices. 
•  Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. 
•  Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records. 
•  Experience in trading, hardware, construction, glass, interior or similar businesses will be an advantage.
