Area Sales Representative

Job Description:

 The Area Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service within the assigned territory. 

  1. Sales & Revenue Generation
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective and existing customers.
    • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  2. Market Development
    • Expand market coverage within the assigned area.
    • Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs and competitor activities.
    • Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns.
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
    • Ensure after-sales support and service satisfaction.
  4. Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the line manager.
    • Maintain accurate customer and sales data.
    • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor movements, and product performance.
  5. Team Coordination
    • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and distribution teams.
    • Support new product launches and training programs for dealers/retailers.
